Tejswini (Satnam Kaur) is Jailer and Jabor Singh (Vinod Tripathi) is in Jail. One fine day he run from jail and kills Tejsawani family except Munna (Master Aakash). To take revenge, Tejswini goes to Commissioner (Anil Nagrath) for four prisoners Karan (Jr. Amitabh), Kabir (Jr. Govinda), Deva (Jr. Mithun), Arjun (Jr. Sanjay Dutt). The move on this mission and they are success to complete with mission and release 16 men of Dabor. But unfortunately Arjun is killed by Dabor and then Dabur runs.

Court give order to release Karan, Kabir, Deva and gives them 50,000/- rupees award. Dabar comes to Mantri (Ali Khan) and kidnap Munna and tells Tejaswani to get release Dabors' 16 men from jail and bring to him. They release 16 men while they on way to Dabar. One of their men (Guru Bachan) tries to run and his life is in danger. But he is saved by Tejaswini & Karan. They all go to Dabor, when Dabar make insult of Nisha (Nisha) daughter of Mantri and comes to know his fault. At last Dabor is killed by Tejswini and Mantri tries to save Munna and dies. Guru comes as a good man in last and save Karan's life.
