Prakashnath is a sincere and honest lawyer. But soon falls prey to dacoit Jagan. Jagan kills Prakashnath and his wife. Their only child, Bhola, survives.
Little Bhola is brought up by Ram, Rahim and Robert, the three friends of the lawyer. They enlighten the path of truth for him and train him to fight against the evils. Bhola turns to be a chivalrous warrior. He is christened as SHIVA now. His motto is to save the innocent victims and sufferers and to fight for the rights of the poor.
Shiva works with a newspaper “Awaaz”, in the name of Bhola. Rekha, the editor of the paper always unveiled the black marketeers through her pen. Neither she knows nor Shiva that the owner of their newspaper himself is a name in the underworld. The owner is the same dacoit Jagan—the killer of Shiva’s parents, and of whom Shiva was in search of. On the other hand Jagan is also unaware that the person responsible to cripple down his underworld activities is his own employee.
