Jurm is a taut thriller where looks are deceiving and nothing ends as expected. 

Avinash (Bobby Deol) is married to Sanjana (Lara Dutt). A fairy tale romance turns into a nightmare after marriage.

One fateful night Sanjana is murdered and Avinash is arrested for the murder of his wife. Rohit (Milind Soman) a lawyer defends Avinash's case in court.

Soniya (Gul Panag) who is Avinash's silent lover stands by him during his ordeal.
