Bhagwan Abhaji Palav, more famously known as Bhagwan Dada, was born on this day in 1913. A powerhouse of charm, talent and a born entertainer, he is regarded as Hindi cinema's foremost dance and action star! Through an exciting life journey, which began in humble origins, he went on to become one of the most famous and richest stars of the Hindi cinema industry. His directorial venture Albela (1951) continues to be a classic, with a soundtrack that still resonates within Bollywood films to this date. Some of his other works include Vaan Mohini (1946), Jhamela (1953), and Bhagam Bhag (1956).
