Cinemaazi remembers Abrar Alvi on his birth anniversary

Born on 1 July, 1927, Abrar Alvi came to Mumbai hoping to become an actor. He started visiting the sets of Baaz with his friend Jaswant and became friends with Raj Khosla. Soon he got a chance to write the dialogues for Aar Paar (1954). He became a member of team Guru Dutt, but also worked nearly 20 other films in his career.
