Saniya (Pallavi Subhash) is a young, Catholic girl from a typical orthodox Catholic family based in Goa. She is a free soul who loves nature and has no materialistic desires. Her naivety and intuitive actions add to her innocence. Her mother wants her to marry but Saniya is least interested and feels that only love should lead to marriage.

Thirty-five-year-old Mumbai-based Mining Engineer Anand aka Andy Joshi (Sandeep Kulkarni) has avoided any form of commitment, particularly marriage because he wants to concentrate on his career. But he is not averse to having some fun when he can.

A job assignment brings Andy to Goa where he meets Saniya. Proximity blossoms into desire and they end up having a one-night stand. Expecting matters to end there, Anand gets a shock when Saniya later reveals she is pregnant with his child. However, Saniya does not expect much from Andy in return but, she does say that she will keep him informed when she delivers the child -- even if he doesn’t marry her.

Against the backdrop of this romantic escapade, another romance is brewing. Anand’s boss’s daughter Malvika is deeply in love with him. But when Anand rejects her advances, she marries his colleague Sujit (Lokesh Gupte) on the rebound. However, Malvika’s father and Anand’s boss has other ideas. It is a testing time for Anand but things work out well for the lovers in the end.
