'PHOOL KHILE HAIN GULSHAN GULSHAN' is a story of the conflict between a farmer's emotions who worship his land and the modern thinking young generation.
Lala Ganpat Rai is popular among the villagers as Dadajee for his kindness and generosity. This village has developed and grown under his patronage and guidance. Today after distributing his property among the villagers, Dadajee is leaving for the city, as he wants to spend rest of his life with his son Laxminarayan and grandson Vishal.

In the city Seth Laxminarayan has earned great name and wealth but in his efforts of acquiring this wealth, he has neglected his son Vishal.

In the city Dadajee is shocked and surprised to see his grandson Vishal getting Sensual pleasure in neglecting his normal duties and traditional values of life and so he tries to correct him. Vishal does not like this. He under the influence of his friends, feels that his grandfather has backward ideas about life because he has lived all his life in a village. It so happens that whenever Dadajee tries to correct him, he is humiliated and rebuked by Vishal and his friends.

One day fate takes its own turn and Vishal is compelled to leave the city for the village.

The villagers feel happy to receive Lala Ganpat Rai's grandson Vishal and his friends in the village and beautiful Shanti feels the warmth of love for the first time. But in order to get the sweet fragrance of roses, one has to face the bitterness of sharp thorns too. So once again things start moving against Vishal, and the villagers turn hostile towards him. Even Shanti starts hating Vishal.

Now starts a forceful conflict between sincere hard labour and dishonest hooliganism, who wins in this last confrontation? Why do the villagers turn hostile against him? Could Vishal convince Shanti of his innocence?....  Did even Vishal start worshiping his land? The ultimate answer to all these questions- 'PHOOL KHILE HAIN GULSHAN GULSHAN'.
