This is the story of two lovers Amar and Asha who know one another from childhood. These two lovers have a lot of thorns in their path of love.

Seth Dhanraj a very rich man who was the son of a munim married to a very rich girl whom he loved Asha is Dhanraj daughter. Amar is a son of munim, who is working with seth Dhanraj, Jyoti is a blind girl who is daughter of the munim's friend, the munim has promised her for an operation of her eyes and marriage to his son Amar. Amar tells his father that he is in love with Asha and will marry her. Munim throws the son Amar out of the house and asks pardon from Seth Dhanraj who also is aware of Amar and Asha's love and has soft corner for Amar.

But Dhanraj wife objects and says I have fixed my daughter's marriage with Gulabhi (a goonda) son of a corrupt Police Officer who has his eyes on Dhanraj's wealth. Gulabhi's father comes to know that Dhanraj has objects for the money.

Amar is arrested for the murder of Dhanraj and is sentenced to jail. Jyoti is trying to find out as to who has done the murder. She informed as to and Amar in Jail. Jyoti is raped and she kills herself in dignity.

What is the plan of Amar and Asha about their future?
Do they meet?
