Vikram (Rahul Roy) and Arun (Bhushan Patel) go on a hunting expedition. The tribals living in the forest believe in a myth. According to it on the night of the full moon a ghostly tiger prowls ground. And whoever comes in the way of the tiger either gets killed or if he manages to survive becomes a tiger by the next fool moon night. Vikram bughs at this story - But that night the tiger attacks him and his friend Arun dies, Vikram manages to survive and s admitted in a hospital. Neeta (Pooja Bhatt) who is a young doctor working there helps Vikram revive. Vikram gets obsessed with Neeta and wants to marry her. She, however is madly in love with Ravi (Avinash Wadhawan) a struggling musician. But Neeta's mother strongly objects Neeta marrying Ravi. So the decide to elope. Ravi does not turn up she isn't aware of the fact that Ravi had to go to home town on account of his father's death. Neeta misunderstands Ravi and in a huff marries Vikram. The wedding night falls on the night of the full moon.

Vikram that night runs away from his bride and transform into a tiger. He kills a woman in the form of a tiger. In the morning, he becomes normal human being. Neeta feels disturbed that her husband deserted her on the wedding night. She tries hard to pin him to spend the following nights with her. But each night Vikram keeps on disappearing. Each night he turns into a tiger and kills. The people in the city become frantic on account of a Bizarre murders. One evening Neeta manages to lock Vikram in a room and he changes into a tiger in front of her eyes. Shocked, she goes to Ravi. He believes her story. But no one else does, certainly not the police. They come to know of the existence of a magic knife in a cave in the same forest where the ghostly tiger prouls.

They go to the cave find the knife. But Vikram comes close on their heels. Vikram and Ravi engage in a deadly fight. Meanwhile, the night falls and Vikram begins to transform and when he is half man and a half tiger, Ravi kills him.
