AMBIKA the only child of Seth Dindayal who is a very rich man, comes back from London after finishing her studies. She is modern and very daring. As she is proceeding home, she is attacked by three Managers of Dindayal's Firm who wanted to kill her, but she escapes with her skill. On reaching home she is shocked to find a young girl Mona who has taken place of her mother. On enquiring Mona says "your mother is too old and your father has turned her out". She goes in search of her mother and finds her in a hut in sick and pathetic condition. She meets her father who refuses to listen, saying, your mother is too old. This infuriates her and she pledges to bring her father on the right path.

The condition of the mother deteriorates. Doctor advises that she should be taken to a hill station for recovery. There is hardly any money for such big expense; Mehmood who is a neighbour and a taxi driver, promises to get the money. He has something up his sleeves. He swindles Dindayal with the help of a foreign lady and gets money out of him. The lady has no knowledge of his plan. As she comes to know of this cheating act of Mehmod, she encounters him with anger, but this anger changes into love.

Dindayal's friend's son Anil and Ambika proceed to hill station with the mother for treatment. At the hill station, Anil dares is life to save the life of Ambika's mother from a very dangerous accident. This makes Anil the hero of Ambika's life.

By now Mona has become the legal wife of Dindayal. The three managers of Dindayal's different factories decide to kill Dindayal in collaboration with Mona who is the legal heir to him and share the whole property by creating four equal parts.

The job of killing Dindayal is entrusted to Jai Singh. Jai Singh reached to kill Dindayal in the darkness of the night. He himself gets killed somehow? The remaining those got panicky and make a second attempt. This time George is entrusted with work, but at the nick of time George gets killed too? The hotel Manager Kumar meets the same fate in the third attempt. Three persons were killed and the marked man is still alive. There is panic all round. Police Killer? Who is the Killer? Who is the unknown Killer? Who is the unknown saviour of the marked man's life.
