A dam. A time bomb-and some gangsters -who are trying to blast the dam. Secret Agent 303. Amarnath foils their attempt and takes a photograph also.. The film reaches safely to the photographer for developing and printing. But the gangsters are scared and they chase Amarnath and murder him.

Now Secret Agent 116, Gopal comes on the scene to fulfil the unfinished task of Amarnath. While on the journey be meets a beautiful girl-Sunita. The result love at first sight,

Gopal, with the help of Shantaram is successful in getting the film Now he knows the number of the car He is happy

And one day Gopal is following the same car —but he is baffled to see Sunita getting out of it.

Gopal and Sunita meet often and he comes to know that the man behind the gangsters is Damodar, father of

Sunita. But there is somebody else behind Damodar also. Who is he?

Now the inevitable struggle between "Duty" (FARZ) and love begins The enemy throws a net to kill Gopal.
