Justice S. K. Sinha (Sayyed Jaffery) is a man of principles. His daughter Monica (Monica Bedi) is a stubborn & pampered child. In the college she has a big clash with Vikas Verma (Vikas Bhalla). But soon this clash turns in to romance and both fall in love. They got married and soon becomes the proud parents of a beautifull child, Monty.

Famous child kidnapper Raju Bhatnagar (Kiran Kumar) is a undertrial and his case is going on in Justice Sinha's Court. As the last ditch effort, to save himself from gallows, Raju hires three smalltime thieves, Eda (Tinu Anand), Bewadda (Sadashiv Amrapurkar) and Khopadi (Kader Khan) to kidnap Judge Sinha's grandson, Monty.

Eda, Bewada and Khopadi succeeds in kidnapping the child, but this was the biggest mistake they over committed. Their life is turned upside down by Monty.

Did they handover the child to Raju?
Did Vikas and Monica got Monty back?
Did Raju succeeds in saving himself from gallows?
