Bajaj is the owner of a Hotel and is liked by his staff, but has a weakness, Because of his step-mother's bad habits, he gets excited by seeing couples making love ,that makes him mad and sick. One day a look alike (hum Shakal) of Bajaj, checks-in the Hotel and overhears about the sale of the Hotel, taking advantage of Bajaj's weakness & love towards Menaka, this look alike man kills Bajaj, Manager Thripthi, and his girlfriend for the greed of money, but two C.B.I officers are keeping a watch on this killer and finally it reveals that nobody was killed and looked alike is arrested and the couple of "BADI SI LOVE STORY" Bajaj and Menaka confess to each other.
