On the 15th August 1947 India attained independence but never in the history India bad people had taken so much advantage of the  poverty of the Indian people and fed themselves on black market.

A so called philanthropist Dharmadas who con ducted a Sewa ashram for poor women also held a big influence in the other side of the society and  was making money through black marketing in grain.

Inspector Dayal, Comet and Sergeant Sunder had all taken a vow to bring him to book. Shanti, the daughter of Inspector Dayal an Mohini fiance of Inspector Comet also joined hands with them.

Dharmdas in the first place murdered Inspector Dayal as soon as he learnt that Dayal was near to finding the truth. Dharmdas went on shutting the mouths of people as soon as they were near the truth of finding that Dharmdas is working up a double game.

But Inspector Comet was the only person who could smash the whole racket of Dharmdas and ex- pose him. How he did it and how Phulzadi and  Tattu helped him find the truth must be seen on the screen.
