This story of daring man Sikander  (Jeetendra) who was a poor people’s godfather. He used to rob thieves & thugs. Even the most notorious smugglers. K.K. (Prem Chopra) and Durjan (Shakti Kapoor) were not spared by him. The Loot was deposited for poor and needy in a treasury whose account and address were only known to Sikander which he uses to write in his personal diary.

K.K. and Durjan were after Sikander's life and police were in search of all three of them. During this period Sikander happens to meet Sunita (Bhanu & Priyo) who becomes his partner. But it was short-lived as Sikander dies in a car accident.

After Sikandar's death K.K. and Durjan starts searching for his personal diary. Meanwhile, Bajrangi (Jeetendra) who looks identical to Sikander comes to city from village in search of a job so that he can get his only sister Sharada (Surbhi) married. But due to similar looks, K.K. and Durjan start torturing him, up to the extent that they brutally torture his sister Sharda to death.

When Sunita comes to know the real identity of Bajrangi. She transforms him to Sikander and Bajrangi thus takes his revenge from K. K. and Durjan.
