Rani & Sultana are two thick friends. They are smart & daring, who not only help the needy to fight injustice but when the opportunity comes they do not mind playing as tricksters & commit thefts. Inspector Karan is out to catch them. Rani is smart enough and instead steals Karan's heart and falls in love with him.

However, both Rani & Sultana have one goal in life to take revenge from their respective enemies. Rani is on the lookout for four criminals who had murdered her father Justice Pratap Sinha. Whereas, Sultana is out to get a Justice's daughter who had sentenced her mother to death. Rani gets upset when she hears the sound of crutches which still haunts her.
