Shankar, Anil and their friends have made up a gang whose job is to indulge in criminal activities. During one such act Shankar and his friends kill Sapna's sister. To avenge the killing of her sister Sapna become a part of Shankar's Gang. With the help of Spna, Shankar traps Rahul and kills him in order to own his wealth and subsequently both of them burry the body of Rahul near the haveli. There after under the pretext of Rahul's ghost, Sapna terrifies Shankar and repeatedly tells him that Rahul is very much alive. This results in to an atmosphere of terror in Shankar's gang. Sapna under the cover of Rahul's ghost murders Shankar's men and then kills Shankar and his associate with a gun. Thereafter Sapna surrenders and gets herself arrested by C.I.D. Inspector Patil.
