A Fiat car is moving at a very fast pace on the Bombay Pune highway. It is being followed by a black car. Suddenly the fiat collides with a speeding truck and the young driver of the car is badly injured. He is still unconscious when admitted in Bombay Hospital.

When the youth regains consciousness it is found that he has lost his memory. The police try to find out his identity but meet with little success. On seeing an Ad released by the papers, a millionaire claims that the youth is his son. The millionair is Seth Hyder Ali (Kiran Kumar) who resides in a posh locality in Juhu. He proves to the police that this young man is his son Sikander (Arman Kohli) and brings him home.

Circumstances lead Sikander to Pune where he bumps into people who convince him that he is Jonny (Arman Kholi). There he meets Janice (Reshma Singh) who leads him to believe that he really is her husband Johnny. She tells him incidents from his past which almost convince him that he is Johnny. But before he can accept her version, by a strange twist of fate, Janice is murdered. The youth then flees back to Bombay.

One day, while reaming in the streets of Bombay, all of a sudden a small child runs towards him calling him "Jeeju", bewildered the youth goes to the child's house. There he meets the child's mother who claims that he is her daughter's fiance Rocky (Arman Kohli). However, the daughter Meghna (Ayesha Julka) refuses to accept himas herfiance, as she has already seen his dead body with her own eyes. Feeling sorry for the child the youth decides to stay on, wondering whether he really is Meghna'sfiance Rocky. Upon enquiring about Rocky, Meghna tell him that Rocky was a singer in a five star hotel.

The youth ten goes to the five star hotel and pretends to be the Singer Rocky. There he meets a gang of smugglers who reveal to him that he is from the underworld. The Don 'Prince' (Arman Kohli) who really is responsible for Rocky's murder. He believes this and surrenders himself to Meghna and admits that he is responsible for killing Rocky. In a fit of anger Meghna shoots him and leaves him thinking that he is dead.

Finally the youth gets back his memory. He immediately tells Meghna who he is and wins her on his side. Then he disguises himself as the Don 'Prince' and throws a grand party. And the mystery unfolds...
